New High Temperature Option for 850e - Designed for High Temperature, High Dew Point Testing!
The 850e+HT enables operation of humidifiers up to 120 °C. The High Temperature 850e package includes an upgraded 850e Fuel Cell Test System and the 850 High Temperature Back Pressure Unit.
The 850e+HT package includes:
- 850e with:
- Auto-Water Fill
- Flexible Stainless Steel Braided Heated Transfer Lines
- Upgraded Humidifiers
- High Temperature Back Pressure Unit
- Flexible stainless steel braided lines for Cell to BP connection
The 850e+HT is designed to allow for PEM testing up to 120 oC without sacrificing usability or performance at lower temperatures.
Operating humidifiers above 100 oC requires a higher level of hardware safety to prevent damaging cells, equipment, and operators!
The High Temperature Back Pressure Unit contains fan-cooled radiator/condenser units, large stainless steel water traps with needle-valve drain ports, high quality stainless steel pressure regulators, and pressure gauges. All fittings and plumbing are stainless steel to ensure safe operation at elevated temperatures and pressures.
