MEA Durability Test System

MEADS is a high-performance, 8-channel fuel cell MEA Durability Test System.


The model 750 employs standard OCV monitoring techniques for testing membrane chemical stability. The enhanced model 755 with optional 8 channel potentiostat adds catalyst, electrode and carbon support durability test capability in accordance with typical government and industry protocols.

  • Simultaneous, independent operation of 8 cells
  • Continuous OCV Monitoring of each cell
  • Compatible with standard 5 to 25 cm2 cell fixtures
  • Independent start, stop and hot-swapping of each cell
  • Isolated, multi-path humidifier for anode & cathode gases
  • Independent anode & cathode humidifier dew point control to 90 °C
  • Optional 8 Channel Potentiostat System for standard DC Electrochemical tests
