PAYMENT POLICY
Scribner, LLC (“Scribner”) accepts payment via credit card, which carries a 3% service charge, electronic payments such as Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) or other forms of Electronic Funds Transfer (“EFT”), and/or physical checks. Payment should include, at minimum, the Scribner invoice number.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Un-used equipment, accessories, and or parts, in the same condition and packaging as received, are subject to inspection and Scribner’s discretion for return eligibility. Notification of return is due to Scribner within thirty (30) days of receipt. If you are eligible for a return, Scribner will facilitate return shipping, at the customer’s cost, and notify you once the items are received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your account along with a credit memo sent to you via email. This credit can be used on a future purchase and does not expire. If requested a cash refund back to your original method of payment can be arranged and will be subject to any applicable transaction fees imposed by financial institutions.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All additional applicable terms and conditions are provided via Scribner’s quote during the purchase process. In any area where a conflict between this policy and the quote arises, the terms on the quote will always supersede.
