AUTOMATIC ELECTROLYSIS PRESSURE REGULATOR
Whether you’re conducting high-precision research or scaling up for production, the Scribner AEPR offers the reliability, flexibility, and safety needed to elevate your electrolysis capabilities.

HIGH PRESSURE ELECTROLYSIS
Developed in collaboration with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and tailored for use with Scribner’s High Pressure Electrolysis Cells, this system delivers reliable performance under challenging conditions:
-
Automatic Differential Pressure Control — Maintain pressure differentials of up to 30 bar with precision automation.
-
Two-Phase Flow Management — Achieve stable and responsive pressure regulation through smooth handling of gas-liquid mixtures.
-
Integrated Gas-Liquid Separation — Enhance system safety and efficiency with an automatic drainage system for continuous operation.
UNIVERSAL IMPLEMENTATION
We designed the AEPR as a versatile, standalone solution, so it can be easily integrated into virtually any electrolysis setup:
-
Broad Compatibility — Use with existing laboratory or industrial-scale electrolysis platforms.
-
Advanced Software Interface — Take advantage of dedicated control software for real-time monitoring, system tuning, and robust data logging.
-
Expandable Logic Control — Empowers users to customize and extend control functionality based on specific research or production needs.
UNATTENDED OPERATION
Our AEPR system also enables continuous operation with minimal user intervention—ideal for extended experiments or production cycles:
-
Fully Automated Control — Supports hands-free, long-duration operation with intelligent system management.
-
Integrated Failsafe Mechanisms — Automatically detects abnormal conditions and initiates protective responses to ensure system integrity.
-
Auto Purge on Alarm — Enhances safety by immediately isolating and purging the system in the event of a fault, preventing damage or contamination.
